Why Community Services Ministry?
To serve as Jesus' hands and feet in helping people in need. Our "community" includes our Glendale Church family, the Glenview School families, the neighborhood around the church, and other Adventist churches.
Our Services
We are currently in the process of rebuilding this ministry from the ground up. We are open to your ideas and input. During this rebuilding process we are still collecting non-perishable food and making it available upon request.
"For I was hungry and you gave me food; I was thirsty and you gave me drink; I was naked and you clothed me…" Matthew 25:35–36
Donate
Food - Bring non-perishable food items for "A Can a Week" box in the Church lobby.
Clothing, appliances, furniture, toiletries, etc. - We currently have no place to store these items. So please make these donations to other organizations.
Glenview's 12 Days of Christmas - Each December the Glenview students collect a variety of items, from blankets and toiletries to canned food and toys. These are currently used to provide Christmas to families on the Pee Posh/Gila River reservation.
